Return policy

Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled before the product is shipped or produced. If your order is successfully cancelled, you will receive a full refund.
Once an order has been shipped, it can no longer be cancelled.


Returns (If Applicable)

We accept returns of eligible products. Customers may request a return within 14 days of receiving the product.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in the same condition as received

  • The item must be in its original packaging

  • A receipt or proof of purchase is required

Please do not send items directly to the manufacturer.

Customers will be charged shipping costs at most once, including returns.
No restocking fee will be charged for returned items.
